Carley Johnson

Sales Manager

Carley joined Chiles Hospitality Events in 2022. She is full of energy, passionate about the event planning process, and making dream weddings for her clients.

  • Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Carley graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She began working in the hospitality and service industry while simultaneously running her own online store for fashion clothes and accessories. She joined the Chiles Hospitality Events team in 2022, is full of energy and passionate about the event planning process and making dream weddings for her clients. In her free time, she is hanging out with her furry little corgi.

Tara Kellerbauer

Sales Manager

Tara is a seasoned sales professional with more than 7 years of experience planning, sales events, and group sales.

  • Tara joined our team in 2023 as Sales Manager. She is a seasoned sales professional with over 7 years of experience in planning, sales events, and group sales. She previously held the role of Sales Manager at TPG Hotels and Resorts in St Petersburg and most recently, Group & Team Sales Manager at IMG Academy in Bradenton, where she also worked with professional sports teams and individuals.

    With her experience and passion for creating unforgettable experiences, she's the perfect fit to help us grow our leisure, sports, and corporate group segments.

Isabella Molina

Sales Coordinator

Isabella joined our team in Spring 2023 after moving to Florida from Williamsburg, Virginia.

  • She has a love for the beach and a passion for event management and sustainable hospitality. She is currently pursuing her master's in business administration at Longwood University and is excited to bring her creative, analytical, and organizational skills to the team! In her free time, you can catch her reading a book or traveling.
